Refunds & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your order — and we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.


Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Items must receive return authorization before being shipped back

Returns that do not meet these requirements, or are sent back without approval, unfortunately cannot be processed.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at Support@mail.flowellea.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • Reason for return (optional — but your feedback is truly valuable to us)

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions and a return label when applicable.
Your comfort and clarity throughout this process matter to us.


Refunds

When your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize the posting.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Looking for a different color, size, or style?
We’re happy to help — and we always do our best to accommodate availability.

If timing is important, the quickest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order and return the original item separately for a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please reach out to us at Support@mail.flowellea.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it promptly and thoroughly, at no cost to you.

If possible, including a photo of the issue is greatly appreciated — it helps us continuously improve.


Final Sale Items

To keep things transparent, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items

  • Bundled or gift box products

  • Clearance or promotional-price items

  • Gift cards
